Giant as in 2 cm long, but that's still humongous for a flea! At least they couldn´t jump:

Considering the size of some of their potential dinosaur hosts, I don't find the existence of fossil fleas that size surprising in the least.

What worries me is, if this size trend went for other parasites of the time as well...exactly how large were the ticks getting??
