Utahraptor chases Hippodraco, a smaller relative to Iguanodon.
BTW, this could be one of the last "classic" depictions of Utahraptor, cuz recent studies of its fossil remains suggest it was VERY different to what we usually imagine.

Hippodraco means 'horse dragon', but it ain't no dragon, just an ordinary duck-like dinosaur with razor-sharp claws on its fore hooves :)

Being scaly, very large (for our modern day parameters) with a heavy tail and deadly thumb spikes, I think it was indeed more dragon than horse (or duck, for that matter)

What do you mean by "different to what we usually imagine"?

Also so scince we're talking about things changing from new discoveries, it's now known that dogs were not man's best friend first! 16,500 years ago in Europe, people tamed, possibly domesticated, & were honorably buried with pet Foxes! But dogs became man's choice in pets, because Foxes were hard to domesticate due to their skittish & timid nature. Even pehistoric man held a strong interest with the Fox.

I heard about that, yeah... kinda sad that foxes where perhaps the first pets, yet they eventually were considered vermin and prosecuted everywhere...

I know, & I LOVE FOXES! DX I am very excited though that Fox hunting is starting to become illegal in Europe. Hopefully the world will be more humane to certain animals, instead of trying to wipe them from existence. I mean it's the humans' fault for building their homes near &/or on top of other creature territories & homes.
